All our cheeses are made in Britain by family owned dairy farms with a commitment to the environment and welfare of the animals. Supplied to us by Paxton & Whitfield, Cheesemongers to the Queen.
All our charcuterie is supplied by Trealy Farm Award winning British artisan charcuterie from Monmouthshire.
Cured, fermented air dried ham made in Spanish/ Italian traditional style, aged for a minimum of 2 months
Cured, fermented, air-dried beef - originating in the Northern Italian Alps, the name derives from the Lombardi word bresada – ‘to braise’.
Sharing boards are served with homemade bread and chutneys. Includes 5 cheeses, 5 charcuterie or a mixture of each.
Please note that due to the seasonal and artisan nature of our products, some products may not always be available. We do endeavour to substitute wherever possible. Please inform your server of any food allergies or dietary requirements. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to you bill that is shared between the staff.
